2,In choosing jaw plates, users generally must consider three factors:capacity, power consumption, the wear resistance of the lining board; and according to the following principles,it is shall generally be:the maximum feeding size: the range of particle size, particle distribution; material hardness and material wear resistance.

3, The longer of the jaw plate, the higher of power consumption.For hard material,we choose short liner boards,for soft material,we choose long liner boards;For fine material,we choose short liner boards, and for coarse material,we choose long liner boards.

4, Generally speaking,material size that is less than the close edge discharging mouth cannot exceed 10%, if exceeded ,then the power consumption will rise and the granularity of products will be turned into flake.

5,Water contents of the material should no more than 5%,if the water contents of the materials increase, it will be hard for them to get access to the feeding mouth and discharging mouth. The consumption of the power of standard jaw crusher should achieve 75% ~ 80%,and short head jaw crusher should achieve 80% ~ 85%.

6,When the jaw crusher is at work,you should feeding uniformly. Non-uniformly feeding will decrease production capacity ,and excessive product size will appear,the movement of the spring is frequent,the stress on bowl shape bearing will rise and power consumption increases.
